Signature Gravity 2 PDF Mapping

  1. Log in to your wordpress account. It should be something like (Change to your real domain)
  2. Navigate to the left side panel of the dashboard look for the Forms menu and select New Forms if you are creating new one or select Forms if you are editing a your old Form.
  3. Once the Form is loaded you can now start adding the Signature Field. Under the Advanced Fields section click the Signature button and click and drag to the area where you can add the field.
  4. Next step is to add the Correct Field setting to the newly added form field. Click the Field to expand and view all the settings you can adjust. Under the General tab set your Field Label which will be used later as an identifier when you merge your form to your PDF.
  5. Once all the settings are added make sure to publish or save your changes.
  6. Navigate to the left side panel of the dashboard look for the Gravity 2 PDF menu and select New Merge.
  7. Once the page is loaded add the information need for the merge. Add the name of the Merge to the Name field provided –> then Upload the PDF you created and select the Form you want to associate to the PDF you created.
  8. Then add more information to the other areas. At the File Name text field add your desired title of the file to be generated once the form filled out. Also an additional setting you can attach a field to the filename, select the field you want to add from the text box below the File Name. Also you can add a timestamp to the File once it is created, Click the check box and it will add a timestamp.
  9. Next step is adding your signature field to your PDF. Select to the Signature Dropdown field and select the page where you want to place the signature.  Then put the coordiantes where you want to place your Signature. The coordinates can be determined by the X and Y coordinates. Lastly select a delivery type you want, there are 2 options which are via email or direct download.
  10. Once done click the save button and all the settings will be added.
